I think I will use survey tools as a teacher to figure out where the students are in their learning and development. Even though in secondary education, the classes are organized by skill set, there is still going to be a vast difference in the experiences and needs of the students. It will be my job to figure out how best to cater to each of the students needs. Surveys can help with that, and also help to see if my methods of teaching is effective as the year or semester goes on.  After reading my classmates blogs, it was interesting seeing how similar our experiences with technology in school is. It was also cool to see how different it was across states. I am from Pennsylvania, so my public school experience will be different than someone who grew up in Florida their whole life. It was just fascinating reading about the similarities and differences.  I want to learn more tools that I can practically use in the classroom with my students.     After completing the Web Design assignment, I gained some new skills that will help me in the future as an educator in this time of technological advancement. It was overall a fun assignment, it got me excited for when I will have my own classroom with my own students and parents to communicate with. This assignment helped me to become more aware of what kinds of things I can include in my website that I would never have thought of before, like a "contact us" option. I really liked being able to be creative and have fun with making my  website .       I have not used Diigo since our first portfolio check, so I have not been able to learn anything new since I last used it. But I did learn a lot when I first used the website.  It is important for teachers to stay up to date on technological advancements in education. Students are always looking for the next "thing" when it comes to social media and technology. They lose respect for a teacher who tries to relate to
